We provide Superior Property Management Services for North Texas Homeowner Associations.
If you are like most HOA Board Members, you often question why you are paying so much money to a property management company that provides so little value and has such poor service. • Dues Collection – annual collection of dues from property owners including delinquent notices and lien applications
• Bill Payment – payment of vendors and utilities
• Maintenance – on-site evaluation of vendors, equipment, supplies and services to keep the common area and amenity property operating in a manner that is safe and keeps the property owners satisfied. Management of competitive bidding for service providers.
• Financial Reports – providing an annual budget and monthly statements such as cash flow, delinquent dues and check register
• Neighborhood Telephone Directory – maintenance of the neighborhood directory
• Deed Restriction Compliance – on-site inspection of property and improvements to ensure compliance with deed restrictions
• Activity Report – monthly report detailing all CMG activities for your community
• HOA Board Meetings – attendance at HOA board meetings to provide consultation and review of the community operations
• Quorum of Members – assistance in getting sufficient attendance or proxies for items requiring votes of the association members
In addition to the basic services, CMG can also provide many premium services such as community web-site design and development, community email systems, supervision of capital improvement projects, community newsletters, and neighborhood event planning.
The cost for our basic service depends on the number of units and ammenities. There is NO extra charge for copies, stamps, mailing dues, or other administrative supplies.
